Ellen Seidell is an accomplished illustrator and artist, known for her digital media, watercolor works, and gouache paintings. Her work is filled with vibrant colors, bold patterns, and nostalgic subject matter. Each piece

After studying fine art and graphic design at University of Michigan, Ellen moved to London where she built her portfolio internationally. This experience has has expanded her work to exhibition design, merchandise, and original artworks.

In 2020, during the midst of the pandemic, Ellen started a collection of new pieces, with the goal to create bold, colourful pieces with a mid-century modern twist. And just like that, Last Word Illustration was born.

From handpainted watercolors of London pubs to her continued work with Michigan brands, Ellen continues to carefully hand make pieces that invoke a timeless charm.
